    I had such a lovely dinner with my friend visiting from out of town. They easily accommodated a vegan dish that was absolutely delicious. Our meals were made to perfection! Best Paella this side of Spain and the service was a 12 out of 10! Love the special cocktail list! This is my Collingwood go to place for sure! What a great experience being able to do a little shopping before and after our meal. Can’t wait to go back for patio season and try the afternoon tea!

Our server Tanya was spectacular! So warm and genuine that she enhanced the experience at every touchpoint. The food and the flight of different sparkling champagnes was delicious!
